Our Story
How we got started
Most of the wills I see are either too cheap to cover the situation or too legalistic to actually read. Families are left with a document no one understands, drafted by someone who stopped listening after the first ten minutes.
Prime Key Wills and Trusts exists to do it differently. A real conversation, a draft you can follow, fixed fees said up front, and a clear handover of what to do with the documents once they exist. If your situation needs a solicitor, I will say so.
We sit inside the Prime Key family alongside Prime Key Financial, but this is a separate company and a different kind of work. Wills and estate planning are not regulated by the FCA in England & Wales, and I do not give financial advice through this entity.

Honest about our limits
We are not solicitors. For contentious estates, cross-border assets, or unusual tax positions we refer you to a qualified specialist. We would rather hand work away than do it badly.
