Wills

Write a will that actually says what you mean.

A will is the only document that puts your wishes in legal writing for what happens after you die. We make it feel less like paperwork and more like a decent conversation — one you'll only need to have once.

Single Will

One person, one will. Right for anyone who is single, or whose wishes differ meaningfully from a partner's.

We cover the essentials: executors, guardians for any children, specific gifts, charitable legacies, and how the residue of the estate should be divided. If you want funeral wishes or a letter of wishes alongside it, we draft those too.

Suits you if

  • You are single, divorced, or widowed
  • Your wishes don't mirror a partner's
  • You want to appoint guardians for children

Mirror Wills

Two wills that read almost identically, written together for a couple. The most common setup for married or cohabiting partners.

Typically each partner leaves everything to the other, then on to shared beneficiaries. We draft both in one sitting and walk you through the differences in wording. Mirror wills are not mutual wills — either of you can change yours later if life changes.

Suits you if

  • You are married, in a civil partnership, or cohabiting
  • You want largely the same things to happen
  • You'd rather do it as a pair than separately

Specialist Will

For situations the off-the-shelf template doesn't cover.

Blended families, business assets, children from earlier relationships, a beneficiary who needs a trust rather than a lump sum, or a wish to ring-fence the family home. We sit with the detail and draft from what you actually want to happen, not what fits neatly on a form.

Suits you if

  • You have a blended family
  • You own a business or hold significant assets
  • You want to include a trust inside the will
  • Something about your situation made a template feel wrong
